Meet Kirsty

You either love me or you hate me, and if it’s the latter its most likely that you’re my opposition.

I’m Kirsty Günther, and I started this firm five years ago, not because I had some grand vision at the time, but because I’d had enough of working for the man. Lockdown hit, things got uncertain fast, and I figured if I was ever going to back myself, that was the moment.

At the time, I didn’t know this business would become what it is now. The idea of managing the full property process from sale to registration came later. It was one of those lightbulb moments where I realised: I can do this better. I can give clients a legal process that actually runs properly, from day one.

I got my LLB from UJ in 2014, a Master’s in Dispute Resolution from UCT in 2015, did articles in 2016, and was admitted as an attorney in 2018 and a conveyancer in 2019. I handle matters personally, and I don’t waste time making excuses. Whether you’re buying, selling, setting up a trust or getting your business legally sound, I’ve got it under control.
