Terms and Conditions of Service

Günther Attorneys & Conveyancers is a South African legal practice governed by the Legal Practice Act, 28 of 2014. All legal services rendered are subject to a written fee agreement or signed mandate. Where no signed fee agreement exists, our hourly rates, standard practices and professional rules as governed by the Legal Practice Council will apply.

Instructions will only be deemed accepted once formally confirmed by this office. We reserve the right to decline instructions where a conflict of interest arises or where we deem it inappropriate to proceed.

All trust funds are held in compliance with the Legal Practice Act, and trust account details will never be provided via email alone. Clients must verify banking details telephonically or in person prior to payment.

Timeframes provided are estimates and subject to third-party delays including but not limited to SARS, Deeds Office, municipalities, and banks.
